MyRANZCR Help and Support

This page provides step by step information and video demonstrations to help you access and navigate the MyRANZCR portal.

 

Access and logging in
 Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login buttonThis will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In.If this is the first time you  are seeing this new login page, then you will need to click on “Forgot your password” to setup your password for the first time.
There are now 2 ways to Reset your password:

 

  1. If you are not already logged in:
    1. Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button
    2. This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR
    3. On the MyRANZCR sign in page, there is a link called "Forgot Your Password". Click on that link
    4. Follow the prompts to reset your password
  2. If you are already logged in:
    1. Click on “My Account”
    2. Click on “Change Password” in the left hand navigation menu
    3. Follow the prompts to change your password.
Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button
  • This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In
  • On the Home page of MyRANZCR click "RANZCR ePortfolio" ​
  • You will be directed to the RANZCR ePortfolio, and will not need to sign in again..
My Invoices

  1. Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button
  2. This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In
  3. Once you're signed in, click on the My Invoices button on the Home page
  4. You will now be taken to the My Invoices page. The default view is to display the unpaid invoices
  5. You can view all your invoices (paid and unpaid) by clicking the Unpaid Invoices button, and then select All Invoices from the drop down menu
  6. To pay an invoice, click on the invoice line item. Your selection will now be marked with a tick and the orange Download button is replaced with a Selected For Payment button
  7. Click on the green button which should now say Pay Selected $XXXX You will now be taken to the Make a Payment page where you will be presented with a Purchase Summary, and the Make a Donation option. If you do not wish to make a donation, skip the next step and proceed to Step 9
  8. If you wish to make ​a donation:
    • Click the green Add Donations button
    • On the Add Donation window, select the type of donation by clicking the drop down menu
    • Enter an amount and then click the Submit button
    • Repeat the above if you wish to make donations to both types of donations
    • The total amounts under Purchase Summary will be updated with the donation amount
  9. Review the details in the Purchase Summary and then click the green Next button at the bottom of the page
  10. You will be presented with the second Purchase Summary page. Click Next to continue
  11. You will now be taken to the PayPal page where you can choose to either:
    • Pay with PayPal (if you have an existing account). Enter your email address and password and then click Log In. Follow the prompts to complete your payment
    • Pay with Credit/Debit Card. After clicking on the Pay With Credit or Debit Card button, you will be taken to another page where you can enter your card details and billing address. Follow the prompts to complete your payment
  12. Once you have completed payment, you will be redirected back to the MY RANZCR page and be presented with a confirmation message
  13. If you wish to download a Tax Receipt, go back to the My Invoices page and then change the view to show All Invoices
  14. Click the Download button for the paid invoice to download the Tax Receipt for that invoice
  15. Follow the prompts to save/view the tax receipt on your computer (this will depend on the browser and device you use).

  1. Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button
  2. This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In
  3. Once you're signed in, click on the My Invoices button on the Home page
  4. You will now be taken to the My Invoices page. The default view is to display the unpaid invoices
  5. You can view all your invoices (paid and unpaid) by clicking the Unpaid Invoices button, and then select All Invoices from the drop down menu
  6. You can download an invoice as a PDF file and save it into your own computer. To do this, click the orange Download button to the right of the invoice line item
  7. Follow the prompts to save/view the invoice/tax receipt on your computer (this will depend on the browser and device you use).
  1. Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button 
  2. Once you're signed in, click on the My Invoices button on the Home page. You will now be taken to the My Invoices page 
  3. Select the invoice to pay and click Pay Selected Invoice 
  4. On the Make a Payment screen enter the discount code in the appropriate field and click Apply. The discount will be applied for the eligible membership types (NOTE: for the 2020/21 membership subscription fees the early bird discount code for Fellows and Educational Affiliates is RANZCR2020) 
  5. Click Next and proceed to payment.
My Profile
With MyRANZCR, you can access and self-update your profile information online, including:

 

  • Your general personal information
  • Your home address
  • Your work address
  • Contact preferences
  • The College activities you are interested in
  • The clinical radiology/radiation oncology areas you practise in
  • Your areas of interest
  • Your preference for hard copy publications
  1. Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button
  2. This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In.
  3. Once you are signed in, click on the My Account button at the top right of the page or the My Profile button on the Home page to take you to the Profile page.
  4. This will take you to the My Profile page. You can self-update your information on this page.
  5. To ensure that your updates are saved, click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Getting set up

  1. Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button
  2. This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In
  3. Once you're signed in, click on 'My Profile'
  4. On the blue field titled 'Your email requires confirmation', Click on 'Confirm Email'
  5. The page instructs you to 'Please check your email for confirmation instructions' and the nominated email address appears below
  6. Check your inbox for an email titled 'MyRANZCR Email Confirmation Reset'
  7. Open the email and Click on the underlined hyperlink 'Confirm Account' or copy the URL and paste into your browser
  8. Once confirmed, the My Profile page will auto appear and a green alert will read 'Your email address has been confirmed successfully
  1. Go to the top right corner of this page and click the orange Member Login button
  2. This will take you to the sign in page of MyRANZCR. Enter your email and password then click Sign In
  3. Once you're signed in, click on the “My Account” button on the Home page
  4. Click on the “Change Email” button
  5. Enter in a new email address and click on the “Change and Confirm Email” button
  6. Go to your inbox and check for an email containing a link to Confirm your Email address and complete the process.
    Note: if you do not click on the link sent to your email, then your login will remain as the previous email address.
